What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via Paypal, VISA and MasterCard. 
No credit card information is ever saved by mahalocases and it remains the private property of the cardholder at all times before, during, and after the product purchase.  Please note that all payments are charged in EUR.

What should I do if I'm getting an error when placing an error?

Please double check you've filled out all of your billing details properly including your full name, email address, full shipping address and phone number associated with the form of payment. If you continue having issues, please email us at [email protected] and we'll do our best to assist you!

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

We try to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. If you decide you want to make changes to your order please email our Customer Experience team ([email protected]) and we will try to accommodate where possible. Please note that once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, we will be unable to make any changes.

Where is my order confirmation?

Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder before contacting our Customer Experience team. 

Where do you ship?

Can I track the status of my order?

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. 

What do I do if my order is missing?

All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the appropriate couriers in order to investigate this issue.

We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. mahalocases reserves the right to decide whether to send replacement item(s) for you. 

What is your returns and exchange policy?

We really hope you love every mahalocases purchase! 

Please note all sale & clearance items are final sale. Full priced items, excluding glass screen protectors may be returned or exchanged.

All products are checked carefully prior to shipping.

However should a product be faulty, you may return or exchange an item within 5 business days of receipt, unopened, unused and in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are returned non-saleable.

Please contact our Customer Experience team ([email protected]) for our return address and include your order number. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs. 

Refunds will be returned back to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the products are in their original condition. Please note returns must be sent back within 5 business days to qualify for a refund. Otherwise, exchanges or store credit will be provided.

Exchanges will be sent out within 2 days of receiving the returned product in its original condition.

Will you be restocking items that have been sold out?

Some of the items on our website sell out quickly, however, we regularly update our site so it's worth checking back. You may also enter your email address to be notified when a product is back in stock.
